1) How durable are your labels?
We use a high-bonding adhesive for our labels which can withstand extreme cold and hot temperatures. Our labels are scratch resistant and won’t fade easily in the wash because they’re built to last.
2) Are your labels waterproof?
They sure are! Our products are dishwasher and laundry safe. They won’t fade easily in the wash. They stick on frequently washed items like clothing, water bottles, sippy cups and much more.
3) Are your labels vinyl?
Our labels are made out of a polymer film, typically referred to as “vinyl”. We only use high quality materials to manufacture our labels. Our “vinyl” can withstand extreme cold and hot temperatures.
4) How many characters can I use in label?
We recommend that you select a maximum number of 20 characters of text.
5) Are your labels safe?
Our labels are NOT a toy and must be applied by an adult. All of our labels do NOT contain any risk to humans and the environment. It does NOT contain any hazardous substances. Please keep out of your children’s reach. If you have any further questions, contact us at info@lilpalsdecals.ca
6) I can’t find an image that I really love. Do you take special requests/orders?
We are always working on new designs. Please contact us with your special requests. You never know, we could be adding the finishing touches to the image that you want.
7) Can I order my labels without one of your L’il Pals images?
Yes! You have the option to not include one of our images for your labels. Be sure to make that selection when you place your order.
8) Do you make labels for older kids or adults?
We love making labels and we love making our clients happy. So let us know what you prefer. You can always choose to not select an image if you’re shopping for older kids or adults.
9) Are your labels reusable?
We recommend that you do not reuse our labels. The adhesive will lose its strength, if you remove them from its original surface. Then you could easily lose your labels, leaving your items unmarked. If you choose to peel off the label, it may leave a sticky residue behind.
10) Why can’t I select any options on the customize section?
We recommend that you use an internet browser that has been updated to the latest version. Some older versions of Internet explorer have a hard time opening up some files.
11) Is it possible to split a package and include two names?
Yes! Our Two-Kid Combo is specifically designed for this request. This package is very unique to L’il Pals Decals. It’s the only combo where you can split the labels into two names and select two different images.
12)How do I use my labels properly so they last?
Here are a few simple steps to ensure your labels stay on! Gently bend the sheet near the cut mark to peel off labels. Make sure to place your labels on clean, dry smooth surface. Stick labels on clothing tags (make sure to rub in Labels firmly to activate the adhesive) and footwear insoles. Be sure to wait 24-hours before exposing labels to water. And remember there is no ironing required.
13) I followed the instructions properly and my labels are bubbling up. What’s going on?
If your labels are bubbling up, don’t be concerned. They will not fall off. The reason why you see tiny bubbling forming behind the label is because the object that you placed it on is made of a very thin material, like a very thin plastic.
14) Why are my labels falling off?
Your labels may be falling off for several reasons. Check and see if you followed the instructions properly. They are included on your package. Or you can refer to the “How do I use my labels properly so they last” question for further details. If for some reason, they still are falling off and you have followed the steps correctly please contact us for more information.
15) Does L’il Pals Decals take custom orders?
We sure do! We are able to accommodate custom orders. Please send us your own artwork or logo for your labels. We will work with your requests. As for pricing, please contact L’il Pals Decals for a quote!
16) What payment methods do you accept?
L’il Pals Decals is currently accepting PayPal, VISA and Mastercard.
17) Can I place my order by phone?
Yes! We are more than happy to take your order over the phone. Give us a call at 647-822-PALS (7257). Leave a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
18) What is your return policy?
L’il Pals Decals has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Our job is to make sure that our clients are completely happy with their order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange (return postage not included).
19) Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
We will always provide a receipt with your order. A receipt will be generated after your purchase by Paypal.
20) Once I place my order, how long will it take before I get my labels?
After you send us your order, you will receive a confirmation email. At that point, we will begin production of your labels, which generally takes about 1 to 2 business days. Delivery ranges from 4 to 7 business days. Occasionally during busy periods, delivery may take a bit longer, approximately 2 weeks.
21)What are L’il Pals Decals shipping costs?
We offer FREE shipping across Canada when you order a set of labels. However, there are other delivery options available if you prefer. Those will be available at checkout.
If you are ordering our wall decals, we do include a shipping fee. The price varies according to the size and weight of your order. We will let you know the total shipping fees before you confirm your purchase.
22) Do you offer different methods of shipping?
Our standard method of shipping is through Canada Post. That takes about 4 to 7 business days. However, if you need your labels faster than that, please contact us for other shipping and delivery options.
